Delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent. The following data is removed from our active database immediately and from backups within 30 days:

• Profile, avatar, bio, and account credentials
• Guides, days, blocks, places, photos, and reviews you authored
• Purchased trip data and visit progress
• Stored OAuth refresh tokens (e.g. Google Calendar)

Records we keep for legal reasons: purchase invoices required by tax and accounting law (kept anonymised), and server logs (purged within 90 days). See the Privacy Policy for full detail.

If you only want to disconnect Google Calendar, do it from the add-to-calendar dialog instead — that keeps your account intact.
